Undergraduate Programs

Our Approach

Our approach to entrepreneurship education centers around learning by doing, where key entrepreneurial skills and attributes are developed primarily through hands-on experience. Our learners can expect to be introduced to important business concepts and given real-world challenges to apply themselves from Day 1.

Because the process of starting a business is challenging and uncertain, we provide specialized learner support to create an environment that fosters skills development, knowledge application, and builds learner confidence to turn ideas into reality.

Our curriculum is designed to mirror the stages of entrepreneurial development and our assessments are based on real-life scenarios. This gives our learners maximal practice and a head-start on their entrepreneurial journey.

We believe that a lived entrepreneurial experience, successful or not, best qualifies one to support the development of our learners. Therefore, we work with an array of experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts to teach, mentor, coach and assess the psychological development of our learners.

Mindset Development

The mental and emotional state of the entrepreneur often directly impacts the performance of a business. Consequently, paradigm shifting and raising of self-awareness are core aspects of the SEC learning programmes.

Practice-based Approach

Our learning programmes engage learners in hands-on experiences and reflections. The active and reflective experimentation teaches learners not to fear mistakes but to value them.

Re-thinking Curriculum

Our curriculum focuses on developing critical entrepreneurial skills such as adaptability, creativity, and self-direction rather than just the traditional business skills.

Learner Support

Mandatory and systematized learner support structures are offered during the course of study and for a year post-graduation. The support is tailored to the needs of the learners as they advance through their studies.
