Serala Entrepreneurship College was honoured to provide strategic facilitation support to the
SADC Management Team during its 2027/28 Annual Corporate Planning Retreat in Mahalapye.
The engagement brought together strategic reflection, prioritisation, execution planning, performance management and change management to help translate regional priorities into a more focused and coherent execution agenda.
For SEC, engagements of this nature reflect our commitment to taking practice-based strategy, leadership and execution expertise into institutions where the quality of execution has a direct bearing on meaningful outcomes.
We sincerely thank His Excellency Mr Elias M. Magosi, Executive Secretary of SADC, and the entire SADC Management Team for the confidence placed in SEC and for the opportunity to contribute to this important regional planning process.
